Nicolás, the "petro" and the presidential election campaign

Nicolás will pre-mine 100 million "tokens" of the "petro". This process has to do with the fact that the emission will be made by the developers, having in their block zero, or block genesis, the amount of "tokens" indicated. This is called issuing a cryptocurrency in a pre-mined manner. The amount of coins is awarded to the developers who decide, in this case, an auction will be made and sold in a primary market to the highest bidder. Nicolás aspires that his "petro" be placed according to what it costs a barrel of oil, however suppose that the market does not accompany him for matters of distrust and everything that has emerged around what is said of the Venezuelan economy and barely achieves half of the price, in that emission the regime would be capturing at least some 2.5 billion dollars, which will be used to pay for the campaign of the presidential elections. Meanwhile the factors of the opposition, some are still in limbo and others waiting for foreign invasions. Others, deciphering who throw the garbage in the street, after the truck passes. In this way, the regime outlines its strategy to re-legitimize itself soon by the electoral route.

From there, the "petro" will be minable, that is, it will begin to work in a decentralized manner, once the regime makes the algorithm available for the secondary market to access it. Again they are underestimating the regime. 11/10/2017
